The House bill omitted to include an item for a postoffice building at a county seat. to wit. the town of Florence. and also omitted to include an item of $90.000 for a post office at Holbrook. another county seat. I submit that Senators have the right to offer amendments to the part proposed to be stricken out. and I want a vote on my amendment.
