I do not think it is practicable. but in this day and age of 1932 I am not going to resort to witch burning or resort to the suppression of free speech or suppression of the right to study economic principles or new theories of government. This bill is intended for just that purpose. I repeat. at the risk of being tiresome. that we have everything you need to accomplish the deportation of communists who advocate the overthrow of government by force and violence in the existing law today. This is an openshop bill. by which any exploiter of labor can take any man who is seeking to protect his rights as a worker and brand him a communist and have him deported.
