Not the slightest. There has been referred to the committee of which I am chairman a Senate resolution to provide for a committee of Congress to investigate the needs of agriculture for labor. I do not know what we will do about it in our committee. because if we send it out here it will go to the bottom of the calendar. where there are 15 pieces of immigration legislation that are not likely to be reached. I believe it is five or six years since the House Committee on Immigration and Naturalization has had the call on Calendar Wednesday. There is something wrong with that system. Some committees are never called.
