Section 2. paragraph (c). provides. that if any JTJ 9 person. fraudulently or knowingly. imports or brings any narcotic drug into the United States or any Territory under its control. and so on. shall be guilty of a -crime. and then it imposes the punishment. Then paragraph (e) provides that any alien who at any time after his entry is convicted under subdivision (c) shall. upon termination of the imprisonment imposed by the court. upon such conviction and upon warrants issued by the Secretary of. Labor. be taken into custody and deported.
