I think my friend will find that it will not be long until a report will come from the committee along that line. I do not see why the committee feared that "DAVE" RD and " JoE" ROBINSON would get excited or worried over it. We might have had the immigration situation in -a better position today to act upon if the committee had let us have their report to discuss. But I presume they were afraid somebody might think we were trying to hold the Philippines to fight somebody. However. I take the position that the United States can whip the world without the Philippines.
