Subdivision (e) of section 12 of such act. as amended. Is amended to read as follows: " (e) Such officials shall. jointly. report annually to the President the quota of each nationality under subdivision (b) of section 11. together with the statements. estimates. and revisions provided for in this section. The President shall proclaim and make known the quotas so reported on or before the Ist day of July. 1929. and on or before the 1st day of April In each year thereafter. and thereafter such quotas shall continue except as otherwise provided in this act. with the same effect as if specifically stated herein. and shall be final and conclusive for every purpose. " Amend the title so as to read: "A bill to amend the immigration act of 1924 in respect of the numerical limitations."
