Now permit me to call the attention of the House to section 18 of this bill. on page 15. Why the bill itself prevents the use of any such information. Let me read: That in no case shall information furnished under the authority of this act be used to the detriment of the person to whom such information relates. That in Itself defeats the purpose of the pending amendment.
