Vienne. being duly sworn. depose and say: That on April 24. 1929. we visited the followingnamed steamship lines for the purpose of securing blanks to petition Congress to repeal or postpone the nationalorigins provision of the Immigration act of 1924 : At the North German Lloyd Line. at 57 Broadway. we were referred to a Mr. Emerlys office in the landing department. where we were Informed that they had no blanks and did not know anything about them. We then proceeded to the HamburgAmerican Line. at 39 Broadway. where a Mr.
