I am against the provisions of this bill to lend more money to Greece. The minority report of tihe gentleman from.aGeorgia [Mr. CnisP] has been on file in tlhis House and printed since the 15th day of last March. The gentleman from Wisconsin urges that this is a matter of great importance and a matter of urgent necessity. that this money is to be used in advances to Greek refugees. Why was lie not so insistent during the last 15 days in March and during all of the month of April and during all of the month of May if this $12.O0.000 should have been advanced?
