I have received a pamphlet headed "The unreliability of the First Census of the United States as a basis for computing national origins quotas under the immigation law of 1924." which is reproduced from a book entitled "A Hidden Page in American History." by Michael J. OBrien. I am informed that on January 8. 1927. at the request of the Senator from New York ..tlliS pamphlet was ordered printed in the RECORD. and that it appears on page 1262 of the RECORD of that date. Were it not for that fact. I should ask to have the pamphlet printed in the REcoRD.
