Accompanying the letter of the President was a letter from the Secretary of State. the Secretary of Commerce. and the Secretary of Labor. It was a letter sent in place of another letter that had been sent by mistake a few days earlier. The letter that .was .sent by mistake. was printed in the. RECORD.. and therefore I ask unanimous consent. in order to correct [ that. that the subsequent letter be now printed in the RECORD. It has to do with the report of the committee appointed by act of Congress to pass upon the question of the national origin provision of the immigration act of 1924.
