If it were. then it would be legitimate. and the Senators illustration would be good. But if the Senator uses the limitation on immigration. which is a limitation of the supply. as a reason for advancing the price of labor. then. in order to advance the price of wheat we should limit the production of wheat. Otherwise. the illustration does not hold.
