Speaker. II. R. 11489. a bill to provide for the deportation of certain aliens. should have the favorable vote of every Member of this House. It has my unqualified support. I hold that what I know to be In the best interests of my country and necessary to the preservation of American institutions of Government should and must be considered always of first importance. No other consideration can be allowed to intervene. Certainly no Mlember of this House will allow his tears for any Individual alien who has warped the liberty of this country into license to commit crime to blind him to his greater duty.
