That is a compromise. The bill of a year ago had no time limitation. We have now found it is impossible for the Government to deport and clean out the State institutions. to the full degree. So we have provided a sevenyear limitation which we think is fair and just for the United States. Under the new restrictive immigration act fewer of these classes will come. henco there will be fewer to deport. I can not Imagine there will be much.
