I should like some information from the Senator from Wyoming in regard to the appropriation contained in the paragraph beginning In line 12 on page 37. which reads: Regulating Immigration: For expenses of regulating immigration. including the same objects specified under this head in the act making appropriations for the Department of Labor for the fiscal year 1920. except personal services in the District of Columbia. $600.000: Provided. That $150.000 of this amount shall be available only for coast and land border patrol. of which not to exceed $50.000 shall be available for time purchase and maintenance of motor vehicles.
