That is not the question before this House. The question is. Shall we make this settlement? It Is not Mussolini. it is not a few hotheads that may join Italian societies here. I am sorry to say that societies that threaten public order. that indulge in violence. exist in this country. and they are not by any means. all of them. made up of foreign born. There are some native born who are just as apt in deviltry of that kind as any that conic from abroad. WE deprecate that fact. but if we enforce the law. we will squelch them.
