With Irrigation comes the electrical power. and we have got to develop the power interests in connection with irrigation that the farmer and his family that goes out on a project will have the power for operating his machinery and the housewife the conveniences that will relieve the excess burden. Withthe improvement of conditions in Europe will come the greatest immigration in history to this great Northwest. and we should be ready to meet It and take care of it as it comes.
