I have been called out two or three times. and knowing the interest which the junior Senator from Utah has taken in. this matter. I would like to hear from the Senator from Utah as to his construction of that disagreement between the Senator from lennsylvania and Mr. Furuseth as to the possibilities or the probabilities of this measure. as it now stands in the conference report. being used for the purpose of bringing in illegally some immigrants. and what change. if any. has been made in the seamens act. I would like to know what he thinks with regard to the measure as it stands now in the conference report.
