Yes. it includes Canada.. It may be that the Senator from New York or some other Senator is thinking just now that that is rather a serious matter as far as Canada is concerned. I think it is. I wish there were a way in which there could be a larger immigration provided. If desired. from Canada. because the people of Canada are the same sort of people that we are. but I do not know of any way in which that may legally be done. Anyway. the amendment will give Canada her quota of over 20.000. I imagine there wil bie no. very serious difficulty about that.
