Mr. President. I rose to speak principally on the Immigration bill. The system of graft and corruption found to exist in other departments of the Government has been found in the administration of our immigration laws. Foreigners are coming into the country today at so much per head. just as a man would pay freight upon so many hogs or cattle in order to ship them into the market place. Undesirable foreigners are buying passports into the body of the greatest citizenship that ever graced the earth. and the birthright of the American boy and girl is bartered for money.
