I am and shall continue to be strongly in favor of the restriction and the selective provision embodied in this bill. which I believe to be the best that can be evolved at this time to meet the conditions as they are. By it we shall make and have a better country and perpetuate American ideals. which must be maintained not only for us but for the ultimate good of the world.
