I can not yield further. In so far as the Government is concerned when it comes to its ability to deal with the cases of aliens who should be deported. Now before you commit a grave injustice. before you open wide the door of opportunityfor possible injustice to thousands of individuals who may be subject to deportation owing to personal enmity or personal suspicion or unjust charges. I submit that at least a conclusive case should be presented to this House showing the need for a reversal of what we have always considered the basic principle of justice in this country. that each man is presumed to be not guilty but innocent until it is shown to the contrary.
