I rise only to ask the attention of the Senate that there may appear in the C0ONESSIOAL RECORD a inemorandum of the adoption of the amendment to the immigration bill which wts under consideration yesterday. At page 5741 of the CONCRESSIONAL RECORD there should be. but there Is not. a record of the adoption of the amendment relating to overtime. I find That the Journal correctly shows it and the Secretarys copy o1 the bill at the desk shows that the amendment was agreed to. I ask that there may be printed in tie RECORD the entry In the Journal relating to the adoption of that amendment.
