There lives In New Mexico a gentleman who was formerly a citizen of Russia. He has been a citizen of New Mexico for 13 years. He is a naturalized citizen. Owing to disturbances in Russia he was unable to get his family to the United States. In the first place. he came to the United States with a view of recouping his finances so that he would be able to bring his family here.
