The mere reading of the joint resolution will perhaps not indicate the purpose of it. but it involves a matter of humanity. Under the present immigration laws of the country. children between the ages of 18 and 21 are subjected to the quota rule just the same as other aliens. It so happens that at this particular time there resides in the State of New Mexico an American citizen who was naturalized a number of years ago. He has been endeavoring to get his wife and children out of Russia for several years. Just recently he secured their release from Russia.
