Oh. yes. That Is another thing. During the years 1915 and 1916 there was a greatabundance of moisture all over our State. and crops of very great value were raised. Indeed. for several years prior to that time the precipitation was relatively abundant and it was difficult to get settlers to take land .under the irrigation projects. they.all going for the region above the ditch. but our experience for the last four or five years has been exceedingly disappointing in that respect. and we now hope to Induce immigration to the lands that are thus insured by the reclamation project. We are hoping to bring that about.
