I call your attention to the order under which they were admitted and remind you that this order admits all who were then at Ellis Island. all who were then at the Boston station. all who were then at all other seaports. and all who .should thereafter arrive on the 24th or 25th day of December. 1921. at any of the seaports of the United States. We bad 1.200 at the New York and Boston immigration stations. according to the statement of Mr. Husband. plus the number then at all other stations. plus the number everywhere on shipboard. plus the number arriving at all other ports. during December 24 and 25. Besides that number at the station at New York and Boston there were some 2.300 inmigrants in the harbor of New York and about 380 "coming up the bay." many of whom were Hungarians.
