I have prepared a full list showing the number of vis~s that have been granted during 1920. the number of immigrants who have arrived during 1920. and flow it would operate under the 3 per cent provision. If we take Belgium. for example. the total number of vis~s granted for the year 1920 Is 7.030. but under this 3 per cent provision only 1.482 could enter the United States in one year. If we take Bulgaria. the number of visas is 220. and the number that can enter will be 345. If we take Denmark. the number of visis is 6.287. and the number that can enter is 5.449. If we take France. the number of viscs granted were 16.804. and the number to come here Is 3.523 inside of a year. or onefifth of the number.
