I ask unanimous consent for the present consideration of the resolution which I send to the desk and ask to have read. The resolution (S. Res. 464) was read. as follows: Whereas through the action of Louis F. Post. Assistant Secretary of Labor. a warrant of deportation issued against L. C. A. K. Martens. selfstyled ambassador of Russian soviet government. has been canceled: Resolved. That the Attorney General be requested to inform the Senate whether. In his opinion. such cancellation comports with the evidence adduced in the proceedings against the said Martens. and whether such cancellation wilt operate to permit the return of the said Martens to this country. and to submit to the Senate a transcript of the evidence in the case.
