At the present low and -unprofitable price of corn. the grain grower of the West is not able to pay them a living wage. But we are told that there are 10.000.000 ready to be dumuped in upon our shores. and those who oppose restricted immigration in nny form tell us that one year is too long for any foreigner to have to wait before we permit him to come oVer and enjoy the blessings and benefits of our great country. Citizenship here is worth years of work and striving. Let them learn to appreciate Its value.
