Mr. President. immediately after the consideration of the Post Office appropriation. bill shall have been concluded. if I can get recognition fiom the Chair. I shall move to make the immigration bill the unfinished business. and. ifI fail to get recognition from the Chair.. and the chairman of the committee or the Senator from. Vermont does not so request. I shall move to suspend the rules in order to put the immigration bill on. the next appropriation bill as an amendment. so that we caln get some action at this. session. POST OFFICE APnrr.IATIONS. The Senate. as in Committee of the Whole. resumed the consideration of the bill making appropriations for the service of the Post Office Department for the fiscal year ending June 30. 1922. and for other purposes.
