I think it is nothing more than just. In the case of any sailor who comes to the United States and gets the benefit of the seamens act and of our immigration law. and contracts one of these diseases. the steamship company whose employee he is shall be responsible. as it ought to be responsible. for his hospital care and attention. and that is the purpose of this bill.
