I prefer the constructive criticism of the gentleman from Brooklyn. where lie laid down something definite that might he worked out for the benefit of our country and for these people who seek liberty under our Constitution. his suggestion that there be agencies distributed throughout Europe and other countries where these people would be checked up and investigated and the good taken from the bad and permitted to come here is.
