I have looked up this morning the fees that are charged by other countries and I find no European countries. charge is in excess of $4. and that the average is $2. Certain countries require separate passports for man. wife. and children. others accept one passport for the family. Certain LatinAmerican countries charge high fees. and do it as a niatter of revenue pure and simple. and so announce it. No country makes any such charges for visas of passports as we here propose.
