Mr. President. if the reservation of the Senator from Oklahoma is to be adopted. let us go further and do something for the country of the forefathers of 20.000.000 of the best people in our land who are descendants of emigrants from Ireland. They are good citizens. they are lawabiding people. they are patriotic. they have come to the front every time the United States Government. was in danger. They are always quick to respond to the call of arms. and no better soldiers ever lived.
