The foregoing shall also apply to the residents of the Panama Canal Zone. SEC. 2. There is hereby appropriated. out of any moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated. the sum of $300.000 to carry out the foregoing provisions and purposes of this act. including expenses Incidental thereto. and for personal services In the District of Columbia. to be available to June 30. 1921. and until expended. The amounts hereby appropriated shall be in additional to all other allotments for positions in the work of the Division of Citizenship Training heretofore made from appropriations for the Bureau of Naturalization.
