We do not hold that government is an end in itself. nor that- it is perfect. but it is the means by which ordered progress is to be attained. The whole history of the world bears evidence to this fact. If there are individuals or groups of Individuals who deny the right of government. disregard the obligations to property. and hold thtenselves free to overthrow government by force or violence. there is but one answer to their contention. and that is they should be held accountable to the law. or. if aliens. should be promptly deported to the country from which they. came. The ideals of American Government are well defined in our in the spirit of cooperation and are willing to serve and sacriDeclaration. of Independence and in the Constitution. which fice in the interests of the whole people. For those who do notguarantees life. liberty. and pursuit of happiness under law to sympathize with the ideals and aspirations of the fathers who every citizen under the flag.
