I agree with gentlemen who urge that there %ought to be a more strict regulation of immigration of men comIng to this country. but there is another thing to be considered. and that is that there are men already in this country who have not had an opportunity to acquire homes. When you make this country a land of home owners. both in the city and in the coun.try. you will have a country that will always respond to every Lpatriotic demand. The Secretary of the Interior is now advocating the purchase of homes for returned soldiers.
