I present a memorial from the Board of Trustees of the Takoma Branch of the American Protective League. representing about a thousand of the best citizens there. who have given a great deal of their time. In connection with the prosecution of the war. in aiding the various branches of the Government in the detection of sedition and disloyalty. and all that sort of thing. In this memorial they set out in concise form their conclusions from what they have ascertained and learned as to what ought to be done. I ask that the memorial be printed in the RECORD. and as they make recommendation with reference to immigration and naturalization. I ask that it be referred to the Committee on Immigration.
