I voted for this Increase. and I simply wanted to say what I have said so that Congress may know what has taken place ih. the past. I can not say how much it has been. I know that the testimony showed that in the Department of Commerce. in one particular instance. there was $100.000. and in the Bureau of Naturalization there was $100.000. and in some of the other departments there was even more. and even in the Child Labor Bureaualthough this fund of $100.000.000 was given for war purposesthere has been an Increase. I do not know how much. I have been unable to learn.
