Citizens of the United States. Second. Persons of forign birth who have become naturalized citizens in conformity to the laws of the United States upon tle subject of naturalization Therefore be it Resolved. That in recognition of the splendid lives and noble work of the women of our State we urge the voters of South Dakota to give them full citizenship by voting for this amendment. Whereas the Federal suffrage anendmentt has passed the National House of Representatives. we therefore ask the Senate to bring it up for immediate an] favorable action. and we request our secretary to send a copy of this paragraph to the President of the Senate and to our Senators from South.
