In other words. Congress has already committed itself fo tile policy of permitting the acquisition of American citizenship while the seeker of citizenship is broad. Tilat law had the approval of both the Secretary of State and the Departllent of Labor. and was very carefully considered by the Committee o0 Immigration of the House as well as by the Committee on Military Affairs. I think we are all in sympathy with tile purpose of the bill which is now under consi derattion. I tMink we want to make it easy for these American boys to acquire tile name of American citizenship in addition to possessing tle attributes of American citizenship. which they have shown they already possess by tiheir service in our Armies.
