It simply allows him to- choose whom he shall serve. We have the right to deport them. It must not be done in a harsh manner. and therefore it is left to the President. and the bill provides that as soon as practicable these.deportations shall be made. Knowing many of them. as I and as you gentlemen do. I do not believe there will have to be many deportations. because when they know that the option is up to them either to tight or go back. they will withdraw their claims of exemption and take their places side by side with the boys of our constituents back home. They do not want to be sent back home.
