We have just been dealing with the aboriginies .of this country. the American -Indians. and we are .coinplaining because we have to provide appropriations of .public -funds to civilize them and to educate them. We have heard a great deal of complaint on that account on this floor within -the last two days. Now. we are taking in all -classes .of people and providing that anyone who lives in -this .country and on this island. whether it is a Jap or whether it is an Asiatic belonging to any .othe country. shall be a citizen of the United States.
