On page 35. line 8. after the words "United States." insert: All aliens coming to the United States shall be required to state. under oath. the purposes for which they come. the length of time they intend to remain in the United States. whether or not they intend to abide In the United States permanently and become citizens thereof. that they have not come for the purpose of securing temporary employment as laborers and with the intention of returning to the country whence they came. and such other items of information regarding themselves as wil aid the immigration officials in determining whether they belong to any of the excluded classes enumerated in section 3 hereof.
