I am1 wling to go to the jury on those two statements. because vheli the gentleman from New York had his (lay in court befire the Committee on Ilnmigratlon. when Mr. Howe was there in "a forum where lie could answer the gentleman from NeY York. and the gentleman from New York had tile opportinity to proiound questions. the gentlenlan was unable to icake a dent in Mr. Howes armor. The hearings will show that every charge was d.sposed of to the perfect satisfaction of fairlinded men. Mr. Speaker. I ask unanimous consent to extend my remarks in the RECQRD to the extentof inserting the letter of the Secretary of Labor and the statement of Commissioner Howe before the C3mmittee on Immigration and Naturalization.
