Sairrn] to proceed to the consideration of the immigration bill to the displacement of the revenue bill. which is the unfinished business. On yesterday the whole day was consumed in a discussion more or less relevant to that motion and this morning we have occupied nearly an hour and a half in a discussion with reference to that simple motion. .
