Mr. Speaker. I move to strike out the last word for the purpose of asking the chairman of the committee how he determines the United States court having jurisdiction of such an offense. Under section 3 of the immigration law we run across the same condition. I call the gentlemans attention to this in order that he may consider it in conference. We provided what would be an equivalent. and the equivalent here would be the United States court in the district from which the lime was shipped or in which it was received. They have concurrent jurisdiction. I do not know how anybody could tell which court had jurisdiction from this.
