A man . has a chance to get into court. as this bill provides on page 41. but on page 43 the power of the Secretary is increased and his decision in the matter is to be final. and therefore the accused has no right to appeal to the decision of the court. It is just possible that a man may express himself freely in public against some of our lawsvand there are so many laws that thereis noreason why a man should not protest against some of themand. if apprehended. may be deported on the charge of designing persons. with no appeal from the decision of the Secretary of Labor. The testimony of those who report the man is presented to the Secretary. and on his dictum the man goes out of the country.
