I have -here the Immigrants in Amerlea Review. and on page 14 of that review for March. 1915. published in the city of New York. it says: In regard to the schools. there are 2.565.012 foreign born in this country 21 years of age and over that can not speak English and only 35.014 are attending public schools presumably to learn.
